Objectives: As in-hospital deaths are encountered by all healthcare professionals, investigating the factors affecting mortality may help to reduce number of deaths. In this study; relationship between time factor and is examined. Methods: The study included hospitalized patients who died at Balikesir State Hospital January 01, 2014 December 31, 2014.
